Ingredients for Veal Shoulder With Turnips And Cabbage
- 1 veal shoulder
- 6 turnips, peeled, cut in halves
- 1 cabbage, washed, quartered
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put veal shoulder in a roasting pan and cook in moderate oven for 40 minutes.
- While the veal is cooking, boil the cabbage and turnips in salted water for 35 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Place cabbage, turnips, butter and seasonings in roasting pan with the veal.
- Finish cooking together, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
