Veal Loin With Celery Recipe

Ingredients for Veal Loin With Celery
- 3 pounds loin of veal, in 1 piece
- 2 stalks celery, leaves removed, cut in halves
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put loin of veal and seasonings in a roasting pan.
- Roast in moderate oven for 40 minutes.
- While veal is cooking, boil the celery halves in salted water for 35 minutes.
- Remove from water.
- Place celery around the veal in the roasting pan.
- Finish cooking together, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
