- 4 veal escallops
- 2 grapefruit, peeled, quartered
- 6 carrots, peeled, sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced
- ½ cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a frying pan.
- Place frying pan in moderate oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Then serve.
