Tomato Toast Recipe 2

• 2 tomatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/4 cup minced ham
• A slice of onion
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 6 rounds of buttered toast

1. Skin the tomatoes and chop them.
2. Mince the onion and mix with the meat and tomatoes. Cook them with the butter in a saucepan for about ten minutes.
3. Remove from heat, add the beaten eggs, then stir back over the heat until it sets.
4. Serve on the toast.
