• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon chopped onions
• 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon capers
• 1 teaspoon chopped pickles
• 3 tablespoons melted butter

1. Stir butter into bread crumbs, mixing until well blended.
2. Add all other ingredients; stir.
3. Stuff a four to six pound fish; bake as directed.
