Stuffed Artichokes Recipe

Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash the artichokes.
  2. Boil them until they are nearly tender, drain them, remove the middle leaves and the chokes, and lay in each a little good force-meat, and put them in a moderate oven until the meat is sufficiently cooked.
  3. Make a little good melted butter to serve with them.
  4. Time to bake, half an hour.
  5. Allow one for each person.
