Ingredients for Squash (hubbard) And Potato Pancake Recipe
- 3 potatoes, peeled, passed through meat chopper
- 1 cup Hubbard squash, peeled, passed through meat
- Chopper
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the potatoes, squash, eggs and seasonings.
- Put butter in a frying pan.
- When foaming, drop tablespoon by tablespoon the potato and squash mixture into the pan.
- Fry on both sides for about 3 minutes.
- Then serve.
