Ingredients for Spinach Quiche Recipe

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Warm the spinach in a microwave until thawed. Start by heating it 60 seconds at a time to avoid over cooking it.
  3. Drain off water and wipe dry.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl, blend the eggs, yogurt, flour, and pepper.
  5. Add the dried spinach and green onions.
  6. Place the cheese in the bottom of the pie crust and pour the spinach mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
  8. Bake for another 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
