Spinach Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients for Spinach Au Gratin
- 2½ pounds spinach, washed, cleaned
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the spinach in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put the spinach, seasonings, butter and cheese in a baking dish.
- Mix well with a fork.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
- The top of the spinach should be browned.
- Serve.
