Spinach And Navy Bean Soup Recipe

• 4 cups navy beans (soaked 10 hours)
• 1 pound of spinach, washed, cleaned
• 3 quarts water
• Seasonings to taste

1. Put all ingredients in a kettle and boil slowly for about 2 hours.
2. Pass through a sieve.
3. Boil for about 1 minute.
4. Then serve.
