Ingredients for Spinach And Bacon
- 2 pounds spinach, washed, cleaned
- 8 slices bacon, cut in halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil spinach in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put butter and bacon in a frying pan.
- When bacon begins to get crisp, add the spinach and seasonings.
- Mix with a fork and let cook for about 2 minutes.
- Then serve.
