Ingredients for Sorrel And Spinach
- 2 pounds sorrel, washed
- ½ pound spinach, washed, picked
- ½ cup milk, scalded
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil sorrel and spinach in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put scalded milk, butter and seasonings in a stew pan.
- Add the spinach and sorrel.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then serve.
