Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs Recipe 2
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 beaten eggs
Instructions
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add the seasonings, and put the mixture in a frying pan with the corn oil.
- Stir until it nearly boils, then add the beaten eggs, and scramble slowly, allowing the mixture to coagulate a little before scraping it from the bottom of the pan.
- The cornstarch will make a very velvety texture and the eggs will go further this way.
