Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs, Reformed Style Recipe 1

  • 4 tablespoons milk or thin cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Turn milk or thin cream into an agate frying pan. Add salt.
  2. Beat eggs with a silver fork just enough to break the yolk thoroughly.
  3. Then, turn the egg into the hot milk.
  4. Cook over a gentle fire, stirring as the egg thickens. When adding, stir in a bit of butter until two tablespoons have been used.
  5. When lightly set, turn on to a hot serving dish and serve at once.
