Ingredients for Sausages, Baked With Potatoes
  • 4 large potatoes, not peeled, but washed, cut in halves
  • 16 small sausages

Instructions
  1. Baked With Potatoes Recipe, Place potatoes in roasting pan and bake them for about 15 minutes in moderate oven.
  2. At this time the potatoes become a little tender.
  3. With a spoon press the middle of the potatoes slightly to form a small cavity.
  4. In each cavity place 2 sausages.
  5. Put potatoes back into the oven and finish baking about 10 minutes.
  6. The juice and fat which drip from the sausages soak into the potatoes and give a pleasant flavor to the potato pulp.
