Ingredients for Salmon Trout With Vinegar And Potatoes
- 1 salmon trout
- 8 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled, sliced
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put potatoes, onion, vinegar, water, butter and seasonings in a baking pan.
- Place the salmon trout on top of the potatoes.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
- Then serve.
