Reuben Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients for Reuben Sandwich Recipe
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 8 slices rye bread
- 8 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 3/4 lb corned beef brisket, thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb sauerkraut, squeezing out excess moisture
- 1/4 cup Russian Dressing
Instructions
- Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
- Flip foru slices of bread over so the non-buttered side is up.
- Evenly layer on one slice of Swiss cheese, several slices of corned beef, and sauerkraut.
- Spoon on one tablespoon of dressing onto each sandwich.
- Top with remaining corned beef and Swiss cheese and place other slice of bread on top with butter facing up.
- Heat up a frying pan and place the sandwiches in the pan.
- Cover evenly on both sides, flipping occasionally.
