Ingredients for Pumpkin And Italian Pasta Soup Recipe
- ½ pumpkin, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1½ cups Italian pasta (spaghetti, tagliarini, or scapoletti)
- 6 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except the milk, in a stew pan.
- Cover and boil slowly for 35 minutes.
- Add the scalded milk and boil for 2 minutes.
- Then serve.
