Ingredients for Potato Pan Cakes Recipe

  • 2 cups grated potato
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel potato and keep in cold water overnight. Drain and grate before preparing cakes.
  2. Beat the eggs separately; mix all the ingredients.
  3. Brown in thin cakes in butter.
  4. In winter serve with meat, in summer serve with tomato or brown sauce.
