Ingredients for Pork With Mashed Turnips
- Pork (leftover), cooked, sliced thin
- Turnips
- Water
- Butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the turnips with the water.
- When cooked, mash them with a potato masher.
- Put one layer of sliced pork and then one layer of mashed turnips and seasonings in a baking dish and repeat until dish is full.
- Place pieces of butter on top.
- Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
