Ingredients for Peppers (green), Vermicelli And Tomatoes
- 4 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Vermicelli And Tomatoes Recipe, Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put butter, tomatoes, green peppers and seasonings in a frying pan.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes.
- Mix in the vermicelli.
- Let cook together for about 3 minutes.
- Then serve.
