Ingredients for Paneer Corn Lolly Pop Recipe
- 1 cup paneer (a soft, fresh Indian cheese)
- 5 to 6 baby corns
- 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chiles
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- oil to fry
- half spoon amchoor
- coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the baby corns for five minutes (put in a pinch of salt)set aside
- Mix all ingredients (except corn and oil), should be just like patice mixture
- Take the mixture in hand and put it around a corn
- Wrap it like a lolly pop with the stick
- Deep fry the lolly pop
- Serve with mint chutney
