Instructions
- Melt together slowly three-fourths cup of milk, two cups of sugar and two squares of chocolate; then boil for three or four minutes, flavor and put in a cold place.
- The pan should not be touched for at least an hour or until it is absolutely cold.
- Then beat until it becomes resistant and creamy.
- Drop into round balls on paper.
