- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 slice smoked tongue, cut in strips
- 2 mushrooms, washed, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put butter in frying pan.
- When foaming, add mushrooms and tongue.
- Let cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the frying pan.
- Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
