Ingredients for Omelet With Mushrooms Recipe
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 mushrooms, washed, sliced, but not peeled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- A dash of white pepper or paprika
Instructions
- Put butter in a frying pan.
- When foaming, put in the mushrooms and let cook for about 2 minutes.
- Pour eggs into frying pan.
- Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
