Mashed Sweet Potatoes 1 Recipe

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 6 sweet potatoes, medium
• 2 c. miniature marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Boil and mash the sweet potatoes when cool.
3. Beat in butter, milk, and seasonings. Potatoes should be light and fluffy without lumps.
4. Pour into a large casserole dish.
5. Cover with marshmallows.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
