Instructions
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain, cool and cut fine.
- Make a thick sauce of two tablespoons of butter and four tablespoons of flour and a cup of milk, add one cup of macaroni, a heaping tablespoon of grated cheese, the beaten yolks of two eggs and salt and pepper to season.
- Cool, shape, egg and crumb and fry in deep fat.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
