Ingredients for Lettuce And Tomatoes, Baked
- 2 heads lettuce, washed
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Baked Recipe, Boil the lettuce heads whole in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Cut heads in halves.
- Place them in a baking pan or baking dish.
- Season.
- Cover with the tomatoes and butter.
- Bake in quick oven for about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
