Grape Juice Ice Recipe

Ingredients for Grape Juice Ice Recipe
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup tepid water
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon Certo
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup grape juice
Note: Certo is a liquid pectin used in making jams, jellies, and water ice. 2 teaspoons of gelatin soaked and dissolved in 2 tablespoon water may be used in place of Certo.
Instructions
- Put sugar, tepid water, corn syrup, and Certo into a saucpan and boil 2 minutes.
- Remove from stove.
- Add lemon juice, cold water, and grape juice.
- Chill, heat, and freeze.
