Ingredients for Gooseberry And Blueberry Conserve Recipe
- 4 cups blueberries
- 4 cups gooseberries
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Put water, blueberries, and gooseberries in kettle and boil for about 5 minutes, until berries are exploded.
- Pass through a strainer or sieve, forcing the flesh of the berries through.
- Add the sugar.
- Cook the mixture until thick and partially clear.
- Turn into jelly glasses.
