Golden Corn Cake Recipe 1

• ¾ cup yellow corn meal
• 1¼ cups flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 1 cup milk
• 4 teaspoons baking powder

1. Sift the dry ingredients together and mix with the milk.
2. Add the melted butter.
3. Pour into a buttered pan and bake at 400 degrees for twenty to thirty minutes.
