Ingredients for Ginger Custard Pudding Recipe

  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and sugar, beating slightly.
  2. Add the flavorings.
  3. Pour the scalded milk over the egg mixture.
  4. Strain.
  5. Fill a pudding dish with the custard mixture.
  6. Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with boiling water.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes.
