Ingredients for Fruit Omelets Recipe
- 5-6 ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Water
- 1 plain omelet
Instructions
- Peel and slice peaches in quarters.
- Place peaches in a saucepan with sugar and just enough water to keep them from burning.
- Stew slowly, being careful not to burn them.
- Make a plain omelet. When ready to fold over, lay the pieces of peach across the center and fold them in.
- If there should be any syrup in the saucepan, pour it around the omelet after it is dished.
