Ingredients for Fresh Raspberry Sherbet
- 1½ cups raspberry pulp
- 7/8 cup brown sugar
- 1½ cups water
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
Instructions
- To prepare the raspberry pulp, look over and wash the raspberries, and rub them through a strainer fine enough to remove the seeds.
- Put together like Orange Sherbet.
