Flaky Pie Crust Recipe

• 1-¾ cups flour
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• 3 tablespoons corn oil
• Cold water to moisten - about 4 tablespoons
• ½ teaspoon salt

1. Sift the flour, cornstarch and salt into a bowl.
2. Stir in the corn oil, moisten with the water.
3. Turn onto a floured board, roll out at once.
4. One-quarter teaspoon baking powder may be added if desired.
