Ingredients for Endives, Ham And Eggs, Baked Recipe

  • 8 endives, washed
  • 4 slices cooked ham, cut in pieces
  • 3 eggs, boiled hard, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Ham And Eggs, Baked Recipe, Boil the endives whole in salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Remove endives from water.
  3. Put them in a baking dish.
  4. Add ham, tomatoes, chopped eggs, butter and seasonings.
  5. Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
  6. Then serve.
