Ingredients for Egg Plant, Fried Recipe
- 1 or 2 egg plants, according to size, peeled, cut in slices
- ¼ inch thick
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup butter or butter substitute
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Fried Recipe, Season the egg plant slices.
- Dip in milk and dredge with flour.
- Melt butter in frying pan.
- Cook the egg plant slices on both sides until nicely brown, about 5 minutes.
