Ingredients for Egg Muffins Recipe
- 1 quart flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons baking-powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 pints milk
Instructions
- Sift together flour, sugar, salt, and powder.
- Rub in the butter and add the beaten eggs and milk. Mix quickly into a smooth batter, a little firmer than for griddle cakes.
- Fill a greased muffin tin with the batter until 2/3 filled.
- Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
