Egg plant Stuffed With Nuts Recipe

Instructions

  1. Boil the whole plant until tender, scoop out; chop fine 1 cup hickory or other nuts; add 1 tablespoon butter, season with salt and pepper; add 1 tablespoon bread crumbs and 2 eggs well beaten.
  2. Fill shell with mixture and bake one hour.
