Dried Beef With Eggs Recipe

Instructions

  1. Shave 1 pound of beef and put it into tepid water for half an hour, with a pinch of soda in the water to counteract the sour in the dried blood.
  2. Drain off the water and cut the meat into small bits.
  3. Return to the pan with a tablespoon of butter and a little pepper, then add 8 well-beaten eggs, stir briskly for a moment, and send to the table in a covered dish.
