Dried Beef With Eggs Recipe

Instructions
- Shave 1 pound of beef and put it into tepid water for half an hour, with a pinch of soda in the water to counteract the sour in the dried blood.
- Drain off the water and cut the meat into small bits.
- Return to the pan with a tablespoon of butter and a little pepper, then add 8 well-beaten eggs, stir briskly for a moment, and send to the table in a covered dish.
