Crab Meat With Sweet Potatoes And Cream

• 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced to medium size
• 2 cups crab meat
• 3/4 cup cream
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Seasonings to taste

1. Boil the diced sweet potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. Drain off water.
3. Add crab meat, cream, butter and seasonings.
4. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring gently while cooking.
