Ingredients for Crab Meat, Terrapin Style
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sherry wine
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • Yolks 2 eggs
  • Salt and cayenne

Instructions
  1. Terrapin Style Recipe, Cook butter and onion until yellow; remove onion, add crab meat and wine.
  2. Cook three minutes, add cream, yolks of eggs, salt, and cayenne.
