Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash Recipe 1
- 2 cups chopped cooked corned beef
- 2 cups diced cooked potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
- Heat butter or margarine in a 10" skillet pan over medium heat; spread meat evenly in pan; fry until browned, about 10 minutes, while turning meat frequently.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 4 servings.
