Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash Au Gratin Recipe

  • 2 cups chopped corned beef
  • 2 cups chopped cooked potatoes
  • Milk to moisten
  • corn oil, or other corn oil
  • Coarse bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, processed through food chopper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, potatoes, and onion.
  3. Pour in enough milk to bind the mixture together; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Thoroughly oil muffin pans with corn oil and dust with coarse bread crumbs.
  5. Pack the corned beef mixture into muffin cups; cover with coarse crumbs moistened with corn oil and bake until tops are golden, about 10 minutes.
