Coffee Ice Cream With Evaporated Milk Recipe

Instructions
- Put in saucepan 1 cup strong black coffee infusion, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon gelatin.
- Heat until gelatin is dissolved, strain, cool in refrigerator and beat until very light.
- Scald 1 cup evaporated milk.
- Chill and beat until very light and gradually beat into the coffee mixture.
- Turn into refrigerator pan and freeze.
