Ingredients for Codfish With Parsley And Onion Butter Sauce
- 2½ pounds codfish, cut in 4 slices
- 1 tablespoon parsley, washed, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
- Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
