Ingredients for Codfish With Lemon
- 1½ pounds codfish, cut in 2 slices
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Place codfish in a baking pan.
- Season.
- Place pieces of butter on the fish.
- Cover the fish with the slices of lemon.
- Add the water and bake for 10 minutes in hot oven.
- Then serve.
