Ingredients for Codfish With Lemon

  • 1½ pounds codfish, cut in 2 slices
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Place codfish in a baking pan.
  2. Season.
  3. Place pieces of butter on the fish.
  4. Cover the fish with the slices of lemon.
  5. Add the water and bake for 10 minutes in hot oven.
  6. Then serve.
