Ingredients for Clams With Celery, Creamed
- 24 hard clams, off the shell, medium size
- ½ pint cream
- ½ stalk celery, washed, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Creamed Recipe, Boil celery in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Place in sauce pan the clams, cream, celery, butter and seasonings.
- Put cover on sauce pan and let cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
