Ingredients for Clam Broth

  • 24 clams, well washed
  • 3 cups water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put clams, water and seasonings in a kettle.
  2. Cover.
  3. Let boil for about 6 minutes.
  4. Strain clam juice through a fine cheese cloth.
  5. Serve in cups.
