- 16 clams, off the shell, chopped not too fine
- ¾ cup vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in a stew pan and boil slowly for about 20 minutes.
